In less than a decade, Fundrbird has become a ‘must-have’ solution for VC and private equity funds. By integrating five applications into one, they help funds increase accounting accuracy and scale fund operations.

Simplifying a payments flow

Catawiki connects passionate buyers with sellers of special objects in online auctions. Every week, Catawiki offers over 75,000 objects selected by a team of experts.

My UX writing responsibilities included payments, seller reporting and shipping.

Going green

SodaFlexx is a maritime tech pioneer. By injecting a powder into their desulphurization system, sulphur emissions are reduced to almost zero.

SodaFlexx and the FlexxGroep help ships install this system and comply with IMO regulations.

Selling and financing cars

CarNext made it possible for consumers to find and buy a high-quality used car totally online. Their B2C platform was used by over 1 million people.

I wrote complex multi-stage sales funnels to buy, lease and finance a car.

Onboarding

Adidas CONFIRMED is an e-commerce channel for sneakerheads. Sneaker drops and exclusive content are combined with a web shop.

For their loyalty program, I added personality and simplified their onboarding flow and interfaces.

Scaling faster

FORWARD.one is a venture capital firm made up of engineers, entrepreneurs and scientists. They invest in the innovations of hardware start-ups that solve complex problems.

FORWARD.one provides expertise and guidance to help start-ups transform their technologies into products that can scale faster.

Bridging east and west

Taiwan Lantern redesigned the traditional Chinese temple lantern for Western homes and interiors. Five to six artisans handcraft each lantern using locally sourced and sustainable materials.

Attracting talent

Weaviate is a search engine that uses AI and machine learning to search in a completely new way. Unlike traditional search engines, they can create meaningful insights from unstructured data.

Weaviate needed to attract high skilled tech workers in a very competitive labor market.

Improving productivity

Elsevier’s SciVal is a SaaS analytics solution that helps universities evaluate and improve their research productivity. Universities can quickly make evidence based strategic decisions, find collaboration partners and attract talented researchers.

Launching a luxury brand

To position Amsterdam as a luxury destination, I Amsterdam launched a new platform for tour operators.

For this platform, I wrote 80 short articles about what makes Amsterdam so special. Topics included museums, restaurants, local neighborhoods and hidden gems. I also designed several forms.

Getting started

Sold in over 20 markets, ASKO Combi-Ovens are crafted with a passion for detail. Consumers can connect their ovens to the internet for meal preparation and cooking advice.

I wrote the user interfaces for the onboarding, cooking and oven cleaning flows.
